In my last post, we talked about how the Guru’s build all of their products and services with only one solitary goal in mind. To get you to Buy, no matter what! (bet you have one in your inbox right now).

Today we want to focus on, what things you really need to stop, and have a good hard look at, when it comes to joining a business opportunity. How do you evaluate its potential for success?

Fishing For Dollars

Fishing For Dollars

Some hard Truths and a Personal Reality Check will be revealed to you in this article. Are you prepared to learn this Truth?

Are you prepared to become 100% Responsible For Your Own Success? Prepared to give up the ability to ever point your finger at a Guru or a Sponsor again, and complain of a scam, or lack of leadership?
If you are prepared for this Truth, then read on…

Most of what is being pushed on the Internet today is simply a load of bad advice and a bunch of generic information. Thousands of lazy “Opportunity Seekers” waste 10’s of thousands of dollars daily on hyped up programs that promise you the world, but deliver nothing but a lighter wallet. These same people dash about from one program to the next, from the latest greatest “Amazing Do-Hickey Gizmo Gadget” to the next “BIG PRE_LAUNCH!!!” Then they expect to get rich over night. However there are thousands coming into Social Media daily who simply walk in and the PUKE their business all over you. They don’t even shake your hand and say Hi first. Just Baaaarrrrffff!!!!

This video is meant to hopefully educate some of these people.

Pushing the Wheel Out of the Rut

If you have been in Internet Marketing for any length of time, you are going to know what it is like to get stuck in a rut once in awhile. These are the slow days. The days of no Opt Ins. The days of no sales. The days you begin to distrust your own abilities. The days when you start to wonder “Is anyone even hearing me?”

Stuck in Rut, Mindset, Self Improvement, pushing yourself, achieve success, unstuck

Are You Stuck in a Rut?

This is human nature, and it is also just a part of every business cycle. I have developed a technique that I use personally during these times that always seems to create that Ah HA! Moment, and get my tire out of that ditch. It is very, very, simple, and very, very, effective, because you have to turn your focus “inward” and look at YOU rather than “outward” and looking at your business.

The first step is to simply open up a blank Word document. Then, start typing. “Type WHAT!!” You are asking. Type about YOU! Write your marketing History. Past, Present, and Future.

Sit down and ask yourself, Ok, what did I really need to know when I first started into Internet Marketing? What did I know a little about, and what was I totally clueless at. What was my mindset? What things did I believe then, that I found later where untrue? What did I not believe, to find later WAS true?

OK, that was the past. Now, where am I at in marketing today? Is my business where I want it to be? Is my income level where I want it to be? What things do I still feel unsure of? What things do I truthfully know I need to make improvements in? What am I truthfully NOT doing that I know I really should be doing?

OK, now, what do I feel I am doing right? What is working for me consistently? Where am I seeing constant growth? What am I doing now that I did not think possible 12 months ago? What milestones have I achieved? What have I truly learned?

And finally, how am I going to improve, or correct the deficiencies? What am I going to commit to doing to change the things I am currently dissatisfied with? What am I willing to do to achieve the success I want? What steps am I going to take to get there. What is my ULTIMATE goal?

The secret to success with this little self diagnosis is to not set and deliberate on it. Just ask yourself the questions in your head, and start typing the answers on that blank page. You will truly be amazed at what this little self inspection will reveal to you. I can hear you saying now, “I don’t want to type my biography up!” The good news is, you can usually do this in about 15 minutes in 500 words or less. It is no more and no less than writing a PERSONAL article meant only for YOU! Just about the same length of this blog post.

Try this technique for yourself the next time you feel stuck and need inspiration.
