Hi again folks, I hope you had an exceptionally profitable week.

Today I want to relate to you my experience with an online company called MaxBlogPress.com

“Who in the heck is that?”

If you look in the upper left corner of this screen, you will find what is typically called an “Opt In” box.
That little box, is my MaxBlogPress Opt In Form Adder application. This is not the only WordPress plug in that MaxBlogPress has. Their website has several very useful WordPress applications to download and use.

The Opt In Form Adder is a very easy, and FREE tool to place on your WordPress Blog. It helps me to stay connected with all of you who follow my blog posts.

About a week ago, I decided to make a change in the text on my Opt In Form Adder. (In case you did not notice, it now mentions a “Free Bonus” for signing up.)
Well, try as I might, I simply could not get the text to change. I would change it in my WordPress Dashboard, but when I checked the actual site, the wording had not changed.

I tried unsuccessfully 3 or 4 times to change it. At this point, I went looking for help. MaxBlogPress has some great Forum support. I logged into the Forum, and did a search for similar problems. I came up empty. Seems no one else had experienced this particular problem. So I decided to put up a new forum post, describing the problem in hopes that I could find my answer.

The MaxBlogPress, forum administrator contacted me in less than 24 hours. His name is Suman Maharjan. His sole purpose was to help me to correct my problem. I explained in detail what I was doing. He made a few suggestions, but I had already tried them.

I emailed the HTML code from my site to review. After that Suman was still stumped. I gave him access to my blog so he could look at the set up of the application. It did not take him long to find the problem. My blog had a serious case of DAO. Dumb A$$ Operator!!!!.

Stupid me was trying to enter my text change information in the wrong place. Man did I feel silly. Suman changed my text for me while he was in there, and life is grand. So I went and sat in the corner with the Dunce Cap on my head for awhile.

The point to all of this, is Fantastic Customer Service. That was what I received from Suman, and from MaxBlogPress. Here I am, downloading and using a FREE application, and this man jumps in to fix whatever problem I have. Even when the problem is ME!!
This is a great example of how to not only treat your customers, but how you should treat everyone in general. Go out of your way to help others. As the movie says “Pay It Forward” It will come back to you in the end.

Just like this post. I want everyone to check out MaxBlogPress.com and at least look at what Suman has there, and see if your blog wouldn’t benefit from some of these great applications. Go check them out. You’ll be glad you did.

Here Is To Your Total Success!!!
